As reported by the association of personal Injury Lawyers a Labour MP has tabled an Early Day Motion calling for the point of exposure to asbestos to be the trigger point for employers’ liability policies in mesothelioma cases.

For the asbestosis lawyer seeking  mesothelioma compensation on behalf of their client, tragically time can so often run out, when the victim finally succumbs to the fatal disease within a short period of time, leaving the spouse and immediate family to continue pursuing the claim,

Throughout much of the 20th century, and before asbestos awareness was acknowledged for the horrific and mostly fatal consequences of exposure, the deadly insulation material was widely used for it’s cheap corrosion and heat resistant properties in the world’s shipbuilding industries and dockyards, including the UK.

Back in July 2004 I, Mr Rupert Grugel, instructed we Solicitors to deal with my claim for compensation following a diagnosis of pleural plaques due to asbestos exposure whilst working at Cammell Laird Ship Yard.
