At we solicitors, we have a small dedicated team of lawyers whose sole purpose is acting for clients suffering from affects of exposure to asbestos. You are not a reference number at our firm.
We passionately believe that you should be dealt with on a personal face to face basis.
Our solicitors will travel anywhere in the country to meet you if your are suffering from mesothelioma, lung cancer or asbestosis. Sadly larger organisations will not and cannot provide this intimate and personal service.
Members of our team have first hand experience of how asbestos can ruin lives. We are dedicated to your claim and will not stop until we have achieved the bests settlement for you or your family.
Your first call will go straight through to the head of the Disease Department rather than a secretary, receptionist or junior member of staff. You will not be asked to give information over and over again to different people in different departments until you finally to speak to the right person which can be distressing.
Due to the nature of asbestos disease, timing is critical. Within 24 hours of calling the firm a solicitor will come to see you at home.
The same solicitor will see the case through from start to finish. Many firms employ a non qualified agent or junior solicitor to do the initial meeting and report back to the acting solicitor. We believe, it is vital from the outset that there is an effective relationship between our lawyers, you and your family.
It is important that we go the extra yard. In the past our team have chosen to liaise with councils to get clients rehoused, spoken to medical staff to ensure the best treatment is given and liaised with the DSS to ensure that our clients and their family get everything available to them. Many firms do not see this as part of their role.
